My favorite gardening book is The Vegetable Gardener's Bibly by Edward C. Smith. I'm also looking at the seed catalogues, but am trying to figure out how to learn how to plant everything I want, yet cut my garden space by half. Can't reduce onions or potatoes, don't want to reduce tomatoes, not that I need that many, but wouldn't know which ones of my favorite reliable ones I would eliminate, and so it goes on and on. Have fun.
